- 4 pitted softened dates
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of natural maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp of water for consistency
Blend the dates in the food processor to break them down. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder to the dates and blend until mixed. Add the oats and pulse until combined. Add water to the mixture and pulse for consistency until the dough starts to form a ball. Take 2 big tablespoons of dough per ball and roll into balls. Store in fridge and enjoy!
Switch it up by adding ingredients like cacao nibs, chia seeds, cacao powder, or even roll them in shredded coconut!
